PLEASE PROVIDE INPUT BEFORE CHRISTMAS ON THIS
Next Evergreen Reunion: Email (Ed@EvergreenLa.org) your input PLEASE. Suggestions advanced thus far include the date Saturday, May 15, 2010 (if Little Flower Church Hall is available); Time: allow more time for a variety of social settings and visiting – like from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Provide lunch at the hall.
(Point of reference: The 2008 Reunion was held on May 17th).
Email your reaction to the above suggestions and/or provide other recommendations during the brain-storming period. Let us know what should be part of the reunion.
Once more input for a date, time, location, is received, a local committee will be established to determine the nuts and bolts of the reunion.
Please email me if you would like to serve on the committee (no matter where you reside).
Many good ideas for the next reunion have been received and it would be good to see which of these are feasible.
It is important for everyone to know whether or not there will be a reunion in 2010, (especially those who would travel from out of the Evergreen area, if one was held) and for a date to be established early so Pelicans may plan accordingly.
