Serafine Gauthier, age 86, died in her residence on October 21, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her father Hilary Armand, mother Beatrice Bowman, husband Willis Gauthier, son, Donald Gauthier.
Survivors include son, Ronald and wife Florence Gauthier of Marksville; four grandsons, Brady Gauthier, Jason and wife Celeste Gauthier all of Marksville, Doni and wife Margaret Gauthier of Moreauville and Michael and wife Jessica Gauthier of Bordelonville; nine Gauthier great-grand children, Katie, Kasey, Bailey, Dawson, Lane, Tylin-Amaya, Emily, Kaise, Hannah Rose.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2008 at Escude
Funeral Home of Cottonport. A Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
