MICHAEL KANE GREMILLION
Funeral services for Michael Gremillion will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 18,
2011 at the Bayou Rouge Baptist Church in Evergreen with the Rev. David Trembur
officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are under
the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
Mr. Gremillion age 51 of Houma, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2011 at the Terrebonne General Medical Center. Mike was employed as a field representative for Major
Equipment and Remediation of Morgan City. He was an avid duck hunter and active
member of Duck Unlimited.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Larry and Carmen Abney Gremillion.
Survivors include his daughter; Danielle Gremillion of Kaplan; his loving
girlfriend, Paula Porche of Houma; his brothers, H.E. Pete Gremillion of Denham
Springs, and Duke Gremillion of Houma; his sister, Jill Ross of Keller, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday at Hixson-Ducote
Funeral Home in Bunkie and 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m. on
Monday at Bayou Rouge Baptist Church in Evergreen.
